Dusty, affectionately known as “Boon,” is a handsome Fjord–Percheron cross gelding with a kind eye and an even kinder personality. We purchased him from Lazy Mountain along with three other draft crosses, and he has easily been the sweetest and quickest learner of the group.

Dusty was gelded here and has been handled consistently. He is:

 Halter broke

 Leads well

 Comfortable being bridled

 Started under saddle

For his age, he has shown a willing attitude and a calm, thoughtful mind. He’s been straightforward to work with and aims to please. With his solid draft cross build and trainable nature, he has the potential to excel as a sturdy trail partner, ranch horse, family mount, or all-around working horse as he continues to mature.
