Alaska Horse Ranch is delighted to welcome our newest addition to our dressage program, Le Vemmion! – a Black Dutch KWPN stallion hailing from Oosterwolde, Netherlands. Foaled out of Sivemmie/Flemmingh who was sired by Governor/Totilas, Le Vemmion was first premium at his yearling Keurig and measures just over sixteen hands; additionally, Le Vemmion demonstrates large, soft, elastic strides while accompanying an even temperament. We are finding him to be a fast learner and is acclimating to our Alaskan weather fine – A rare stallion to see in Alaska, we are certain Le Vemmion’s talent and training will be a great addition to our dressage program!
Le vemmion represents a strong, fashionable, and popular pedigree & genetic lineage of top performing dressage Dutch warmbloods. Direct decedent of the Totilas (Grand Sire) and legendary Gribaldi (Great Grand Sire). His sire, Governor, was the top producer for the 2018 KWPN Stallion Licensing Pre-selection days. He won the silver medal at the World Championships for 6-year-old dressage horses under Adelinde Cornelissen.^1.Governor’s dam, Orleans (Jazz) is the full sister of the 2012 Olympic silver medalist, Parzival. She is also the dam of TC Athene, participant of the World Young Horse Championships in Verden.
Le Vemmion’s grand-sire, Totilas (Gribaldi), is still one of the greatest dressage horses in the world and has established many records due to his success in sport under Edward Gal.
Le Vemmion’s Dam’s (Sivemmie) sire, Flemmingh, is considered an internationally appreciated dressage stallion – producing multiple grand Prix champions such as Lingh, whom also ridden by Edward Gal and won several Grand Prix and was Reserve Champion at the World Cup Final in Las Vegas, where he was the crowd favorite.
