Ranch Hand

Responsible for cleaning, bathing, brushing, braiding, clipping, tacking, untacking, leg wrapping, lunging & cooling horses after a ride. A horse groom must have experience maneuvering around horses in various ways and locations, including horse shows.

Detail-oriented and dependable competition groom experienced in preparing, transporting, and caring for horses before, during, and after events. Responsible for maintaining a fully stocked trailer, packing supplies, grooming and prepping horses to a high standard, and ensuring their comfort and safety while traveling and stabled at shows. Skilled in managing logistics, monitoring schedules, and supporting riders with calm, efficient assistance in high-pressure environments.

Horse Trainer

We are looking for a horse trainer. Somebody that can start a colt in its training and  continue on with it till it can be ridden by others. We do not do racing. We do riding lessons, trail rides, and young horse training.

Here is the basic idea:

Training

Teaching horses commands, exercises, and maneuvers for their specific discipline, whether it's racing, showing, or recreational riding. 

Care and Maintenance

Providing daily care, including feeding, grooming, and maintaining stables. 

Health Management

Monitoring the horses' health, recognizing potential issues, and working with veterinarians. 

Behavioral Training

Addressing and correcting behavioral problems, such as kicking or biting. 

Performance Enhancement

Developing and implementing training plans to improve the horse's physical fitness, speed, and stamina. 

Communication and Collaboration

Establishing clear communication with owners and other professionals, like veterinarians and farriers, to ensure the horse's best care and training. 

Preparation for Events

Preparing horses for competitions and other events, including training, grooming, and transportation.
